Welcome to Bangers Drum Shop. By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the following terms and conditions, so give them a quick read. We’ve kept the legal jargon to a minimum, but these terms still matter.
1. General Stuff
We’re Bangers Drum Shop, an Australian business selling drum gear with personality. By using our website, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) and that all the info you provide is legitimate and up to date.
We reserve the right to change these terms any time. If we do, we’ll update this page. Keep an eye out.
2. Products and Orders
We do our best to make sure all our listings are accurate and updated, but things change (especially with second-hand, handmade and boutique gear). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Placing an order means you’re agreeing to pay for it, including any shipping or handling charges shown at checkout.
If something’s out of stock or if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll get in touch.
3. Pre-Orders
Some of our products (like Heartbeat Cymbals) are available by pre-order. These are shipped in from overseas monthly. Some of the more popular series (Epic, Jazz and 10 Series) may take longer due to back orders with Heartbeat in Canada. By placing a pre-order, you understand there’s a wait involved, and we’ll keep you in the loop as best we can.
4. Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using reliable carriers. Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your gear. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–5 business days. Pre-orders take longer (see above).
Once your order leaves us, we can’t control delays, damage, or lost parcels—but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
5. Returns and Refunds
Change of mind? No dramas—returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it's unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping is on you, unless the item’s faulty or incorrect.
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, get in touch within 7 days and we’ll sort it out.
Custom or pre-ordered items may not be eligible for a change-of-mind refund, but if there’s a fault, we’ll make it right.
6. Warranty
Many of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty (like Heartbeat Cymbals’ 2 year coverage). If there’s an issue, reach out to us first and we’ll help get the ball rolling.
7. Payments and Security
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout. Your payment info is processed securely—we don’t store it ourselves.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—photos, logos, text, etc.—belongs to Bangers Drum Shop or our suppliers. Don’t go stealing it. If you want to share something, just ask.
9. Liability Limitation
We’re not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by using our site or gear. That said, we stand by what we sell and we’re here to help if anything goes pear-shaped.
