We ship from Sydney, Australia, and we’re all about getting your gear to you safely and without fuss. Here’s how we handle shipping:
📦 Where We Ship
We currently ship Australia-wide. No international orders at this stage.
🚚 Carriers
We ship with Sendle. They’re reliable, trackable, and carbon neutral. Your gear deserves a smooth ride.
💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping is based on the total weight of your order. The heavier your gear, the more it costs to ship—but don’t stress, we only charge for the highest applicable weight tier in your order.

⏱ Processing Time
In-stock orders are usually packed and out the door within 1–5 business days.
🥁 Pre-Orders
Some gear (like Heartbeat Cymbals) is available by pre-order. These are brought in monthly from Canada and shipped to you once they arrive in Australia. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
📬 Tracking
Once your order’s shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
❗ Delivery Issues
If your gear rocks up damaged or doesn’t show up at all, let us know within 7 days. We’ll help get it sorted.
