Warranty Info (Yeah, We Know, But It's Important)
We get it. Warranty info isn’t exactly what you came here for, but it’s gotta be done. It’s all about making sure you’re taken care of and your gear stays rock-solid. So, take a quick look below as this stuff is important, but we promise it won’t take long. We’re here for the seriously good gear and making sure it lasts. If you ever need anything, you know where to find us.
Drums
All used and vintage drums are sold as-is and are non-refundable. We carefully inspect and describe each item to the best of our ability, but keep in mind these pieces have had a previous life—they may show signs of wear, cosmetic marks, or other quirks. There is no warranty or guarantee on used items, so please choose carefully and feel free to ask any questions before purchasing.
Heartbeat Warranty Policy (Australia)
Cymbals:
This warranty protects the original retail purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If a covered product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Heartbeat Distributors Ltd. may replace the product at their own discretion. As an authorised dealer in Australia, you can contact Bangers Drum Shop for warranty service.
To obtain warranty service, please reach out to us directly at. Do not ship any product to Heartbeat Distributors or Bangers Drum Shop without contacting us first to receive shipping information. Please note that any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
This Warranty does not apply to the following:
- Cymbals purchased from a source other than Heartbeat directly or an authorised Heartbeat reseller,

Any owner other than the original purchaser,

Defects caused by use under abnormal playing conditions, cleaning with unauthorised cleaning products, neglect, extreme temperatures or moisture, shipping or handling,

Alterations made to the product from its original condition when it left the Heartbeat warehouse,

Edge cracks.
Bags:
This warranty protects the original retail purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a covered product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Heartbeat Distributors Ltd. may repair or replace the product at their own discretion. This Warranty does not apply to the following:

Wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, rust and fading, issues arising from abuse or misuse of the product, or damage caused by rough handling during transport, unless they are deemed at Heartbeat’s discretion to have a defect in the materials or manufacturing.
Accessories
Accessories are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. If something arrives faulty or not quite right, let us know within 7 days and we’ll sort it out. We don’t accept returns for change of mind on accessories, so double-check your order before checking out.
Services
All services provided by Bangers Drum Shop—such as snare drum servicing, gear procurement, and tour prep assistance—are delivered with care, experience, and attention to detail. That said, these services are offered without warranty and are non-refundable once completed. Drum servicing outcomes can vary depending on the condition of the gear provided, and while we’ll always offer honest advice and quality work, results may differ case by case. For procurement and tour prep, recommendations are made based on your needs and current gear availability—we can’t guarantee product performance once it’s out in the wild.
